This is the second Fuze for me. The first one was a 4GB for my daughter, this one was for the wife. Both are very happy with the players, and as I do the loading of the files, I can say I'm very happy with the easy interfacing. May just buy one for myself soon.

One downside note: I don't like the little slider bar on the bottom r/h side of the player to turn the unit on/off. Bought this to replace an E260R series Sansa (I have two). Supports OGG and FLAC files, has volume leveling, and most importantly (for me) the database does not refresh every time you turn on the player when you have an expansion memory card installed. It is also compatible w/ both of my "sansa ready" portable speaker systems that I bought for my E260Rs. Overall, great bang for the buck. The screen is a tad bigger than the E200, but I still don't see it as practical for video playback.

I have also read some negative comments about the headphone jack being on the bottom of the player, instead of on the top like the E200s. Very impressed with the improvements in the firmware over the E200 series of Sansas. I am constantly "oversliding" the button which causes the unit to "lock" and then shut off. It does seem to have a sharper image for pictures, if you fancy to carry a few around w/ your audio files. As a long-time Rhapsody subscriber, this is the perfect device to take my music (subscription and purchased) "to go" with me. However, I have found I prefer it on the bottom, so it's hardly a deal-breaker.

I also have two M200 series Sansas, and can honestly say Sandisk makes a quality product.

This is a great MP player at an excellent price. Simple to learn and easy to use. It's a keeper.

Between my kids and I we have seven Sansa MP3 players and all love them. So, still for around $100 I got what I was looking for.

I find Ipods to be way too pricey, but couldn't find a nice MP3 player alternative that didn't cost nearly as much as an Ipod. I wanted an Ipod or MP3 player with enough memory for most of the music I own so I could put my cd's away in a closet and quit tripping over them.

As far as the screen scratching issue goes, I had Ghost Armor installed on the screen for about $15 and it works great. I happened to pick up one of these at a retailer on black Friday for $60 (yes 8gb for $60)and absolutely love it.

I bought an 8gb micro sd card and for about $90 have a 16gb player that rocks. Ghost armor isn't available at many retail locations, but you can search them on the internet.

The sound quality is great and they don't cost an arm and a leg.
